Library copy problem

Postby sfmac » Wed Mar 07, 2018 11:46 pm

I made a copy of a library under new game. The library shows up in the subdirectory "Libraries" in Windows Explorer but does not appear in the library display in DDBB. What do I have to do to make it available? None of the install options seem to help.

Never mind, I found out the problem. In giving the copy a new name, I ended with a period (I. e. Assn.). This apparently creates a problem with DDBB. I deleted the library (using Explorer) and started over with no abbreviation which works fine.

Hi Mac,

Glad you figured it out! I have made a note of this. Version 7 will not allow users to add a period in library names.
